PicoTrack is a USA based company headquartered in Silicon Valley. We have a support office in Texas and a manufacturing facility in Vietnam. We have 35 employees and over 300 installed systems throughout the world.

PicoTrack has been in business for more than 10 years. We specialize in SVG Tracks and we also engineer and manufacture our own line of fine lithography spin track products.

Our core competence is photolithography coater developer systems. This in-house knowledge extends to related products as well. For example, we design, manufacture and support related equipment including photomask cleaners, single substrate clean & etch tools, metal lift-off systems, HMDS Ovens, specialty solvent spray tools and more.

For OEMs (and for end users), we provide peripherals, specialty wafer handling systems, and contract manufacturing, software, engineering design, and service support.

We have a long history of supporting SVG 86 and 88 Series coat and develop tracks.

We are a leading provider of parts, upgrades, and expert services for 8x Series SVG tools. We manufacture and refurbish SVG systems from the ground up to meet virtually any desired configuration.
